1. Attendance on 8th July is compulsory. Reporting time is 7:50 AM.

2. Students who have been assigned revision/learning-proof submissions must report to the M.S. Hall.

3. Students who have been instructed to prepare for the SA1–SA2 Combined Re-examination (60 marks) must report to the CR Room/Exam Cell.

4. Students whose fees have been overdue since February/March must be accompanied by their parents.

5. Students must report in proper school uniform and bring the books required for Wednesday's timetable, along with the school diary, hymn book, lunch, umbrella and a water bottle.

6. Teachers will commence the SA3 syllabus without delay. Parents are therefore requested to prepare their children mentally and emotionally for the same.

7. Applications for leave or half-day leave will not be entertained. The school will function for the full day, with the final bell at 2:30 PM.

8. A fine will be imposed for absence on 8th July, irrespective of the reason for absence. This measure is intended to enable the administrative staff to devote their time to academic and constructive responsibilities rather than scrutinising the genuineness of reasons submitted for absence.
